Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the buying or selling process.
- Market Research: Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and local real estate developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating offers, counteroffers, and contracts to ensure a successful and smooth transaction.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers and sellers, showcasing the benefits of working with you and Keller Williams.
- Time Management: Manage your own schedule to maximize productivity, including setting and tracking personal and professional goals for success.
- Skill Development: Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to improve sales techniques, communication skills, and lead-generation strategies.
- Asking for Business: Proactively ask for business, referrals, and repeat clients by building rapport and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Keller Williams Marysville team, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a supportive and productive environment.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction, address questions, and provide additional information as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License: Must be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington (or the state where you are applying).
- Motivation & Drive: A strong desire to grow your real estate business, learn new skills, and take your production to the next level.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, prospects, and team members.
- Customer-Focused: Passion for providing outstanding service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, while remaining accountable to personal and team goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort using digital tools and real estate platforms to manage leads, contacts, and transactions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new strategies, systems, and industry trends.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with others, share knowledge, and contribute to the success of the Keller Williams Marysville team.
- Strong Work Ethic: Willingness to put in the time and effort necessary to achieve success and grow your business.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think critically and creatively when solving challenges that may arise during the real estate process.
- Previous Sales Experience (Preferred): While not required, prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus and can help you succeed more quickly.

Compensation
$85,000 - $160,000 USD Yearly
