Oversee daily operations of the real estate office.

Manage incoming checks and support to market center financial administrator.

Coordinate with real estate agents and support staff to optimize productivity and help create and oversee training calendar.

Use our CRM system for managing contacts and sending out coorespondence.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the market center’s visibility and attract new agents.

Assist the Team Leader in recruiting and growth strategies.

Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Manage all incoming calls and agent needs. 

    Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

Proficiency in real estate software such as MLS, Brivity, CRM systems a plus

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact effectively with agents, clients, and staff.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and efficiently handle a variety of roles and responsibilities.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Proficient in Google Platforms and experience with database management.

Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Strong leadership qualities with a focus on fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.

Skills with social media, tech platforms such as canva, etc.

Coach and train sales professionals both new and seasoned

Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, partner call and leadership training
