We are seeking a skilled real estate recruiter to join our team and assist in discovering ambitious new agents who can contribute to the expansion of our thriving real estate firm. Additionally, your role will involve engaging with established agents to enhance their business through strategic consulting, utilizing advanced systems and tools. Your responsibilities will include initiating contact with potential agents, assessing their compatibility with our rigorous performance criteria, and determining their fit within our company culture. The ideal candidate will be charismatic and adept at managing multiple candidate relationships simultaneously. • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
• Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
• Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
• Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
• Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
• Run brokerage sales meetings weekly with valuable market information
• Coach and consult with your top agents

• Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
• Familiar with online job posting tools
• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
• Great at time management and organization
• People oriented and customer service attitude a must
• CRM experience
• Real estate industry backgroung
• Real estate license and sales a huge plus

$84,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
