Responsibilities

  • A successful showing assistant requires strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage client expectations.
  • Be familiar with real estate industry practices, local market trends, and to stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies used in the field.
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
  • Commit to regular coaching sessions and trainings.
  • Lead generating for a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Build your network and expand your reach in the industry.
  • Being a proactive, organized, and professional showing assistant who is dedicated to providing top-notch support to sales agents and their clients.

Compensation

$65,000 - $105,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
