Responsibilities
- As aĀ Listing Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and helping our team thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Complete PLACE Agent Launch: Successfully complete theĀ PLACE Agent Launch programĀ to kickstart your real estate career with essential skills and knowledge. š
- Implement Lead Generation Systems: Consistently applyĀ PLACE lead generation systemsĀ on a weekly basis to ensure a steady flow of opportunities. š
- Host Open Houses: LeadĀ two open houses each month, showcasing properties and engaging potential buyers. š”
- Convert Leads into Appointments: Leverage yourĀ prospectingĀ andĀ lead generation effortsĀ to secure scheduled appointments and grow your business. š
- Weekly Script Practice: Actively participate inĀ weekly script practiceĀ sessions, refining your sales skills and building confidence in your communication. šÆ
- Team Collaboration: Engage fully inĀ team eventsĀ andĀ activities, adhering to team standards and contributing to a positive, collaborative atmosphere. š„
- Ongoing Coaching & Training: Dedicate time toĀ weekly 1:1 coaching,Ā training sessions, andĀ Partner CallsĀ to continually grow and refine your skills. š
- Advise and Secure Listings: Provide expert advice toĀ sellers, secureĀ listings, and market properties effectively to attract qualified buyers. š¼
- Pricing & Staging Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency inĀ pricing strategies,Ā staging, and other services to help sellers maximize their property value. š
- Negotiate Offers: Use your negotiation skills to secure the best deals forĀ sellers, drafting and presenting offers on their behalf. š¤
- Track Client Interactions: Maintain accurate records ofĀ client activitiesĀ and interactions usingĀ PLACE TechnologyĀ to stay organized and efficient. š

Compensation
$80,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly
