Responsibilities

  • As a Listing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and helping our team thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Complete PLACE Agent Launch: Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program to kickstart your real estate career with essential skills and knowledge. 🚀
  • Implement Lead Generation Systems: Consistently apply PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis to ensure a steady flow of opportunities. 🔄
  • Host Open Houses: Lead two open houses each month, showcasing properties and engaging potential buyers. 🏡
  • Convert Leads into Appointments: Leverage your prospecting and lead generation efforts to secure scheduled appointments and grow your business. 📅
  • Weekly Script Practice: Actively participate in weekly script practice sessions, refining your sales skills and building confidence in your communication. 🎯
  • Team Collaboration: Engage fully in team events and activities, adhering to team standards and contributing to a positive, collaborative atmosphere. 👥
  • Ongoing Coaching & Training: Dedicate time to weekly 1:1 coachingtraining sessions, and Partner Calls to continually grow and refine your skills. 📚
  • Advise and Secure Listings: Provide expert advice to sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively to attract qualified buyers. 💼
  • Pricing & Staging Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in pricing strategiesstaging, and other services to help sellers maximize their property value. 🏠
  • Negotiate Offers: Use your negotiation skills to secure the best deals for sellers, drafting and presenting offers on their behalf. 🤝
  • Track Client Interactions: Maintain accurate records of client activities and interactions using PLACE Technology to stay organized and efficient. 📊

$80,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly
