Job Description: Listing Agent
The Listing Agent is a dynamic individual who thrives on taking risks and embracing challenges, all while maintaining a positive, win-win mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Centric Approach: Consistently exhibits the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-performing listing agent dedicated to prioritizing clients, acting with integrity, and pursuing mutually beneficial agreements.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Engages in daily prospecting for seller leads with the help of our highly efficient client relationship manager. Converts these leads into appointments, secures agreements, and offers expert fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and home staging.
- Marketing and Sales: Markets the property in collaboration with a Listing Assistant to execute a marketing campaign. Analyzes showing feedback and adjusts pricing strategies as necessary. Upon receiving an offer, negotiates terms, drafts contracts, and manages the transaction through to closing.
- Commitment to Growth: Demonstrates a dedication to continuous learning and personal development by regularly attending courses, teaching when appropriate, and practicing scripts and dialogues. Invests in team members by providing them with opportunities for learning and growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead generate 15 hours a week
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
$75,000 - $149,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
