Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Consistently generate new business through weekly lead follow-up and outreach.
- Host engaging open houses twice per month to connect with buyers and showcase listings.
- Convert leads into clients through tailored consultations and a strong understanding of client needs.
- Conduct thorough property assessments to identify key features and selling points.
- Coordinate and manage property tours and buyer showings with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Guide sellers on how to best prepare their home for the market, including staging tips and improvement suggestions.
- Create compelling property listings that highlight each home’s value and appeal.
- Represent sellers when they’re unable to be present, ensuring their interests are well-communicated.
- Facilitate smooth communication between buyers’ agents and sellers, maintaining clarity and professionalism.
- Draft, review, and manage offers, counteroffers, and agreements with care and precision.
- Use Brivity to stay organized, manage leads, and track transaction milestones.
- Collaborate in weekly coaching, script practice, and team meetings to stay sharp and aligned.
- Guide buyers and sellers from the first consultation through closing, always advocating for their best outcome.
- Negotiate strategically to help clients achieve the strongest possible position in each transaction.
