Become a Listing Agent with The Ricci Team

The Ricci Team is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Listing Agent to join our dynamic real estate group based in White Plains.

Position Summary:

In this vital role, you will support clients throughout the home selling journey by offering expert guidance, conducting thorough market evaluations, and delivering outstanding customer care. You will manage every aspect of the listing process—from the first meeting to the closing—ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients.

• Execute daily real estate lead generation activities
• Prospecting daily for homes leads, off-market opportunities to deliver your value proposition
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily Skilling up your conversations per team standards to convert appointments
• Participate in weekly and monthly team activities - per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call to elevate your mindset and skills
• Track activities, report your numbers with our cutting edge CRM & technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers
• Use our data company to find sellers to drop off and be top of your game in the industry
• Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values
• Be a student of the market & evolving real estate industry

You are a strong communicator, following through is a non-negotiable and you have a winning attitude to help the clients to the finish line.

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
