Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Actively participate in team events and activities according to team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
- Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
- Maintain records of activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Highly motivated sales professional with a competitive edge
- Exceptional at building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing solutions
- Skilled in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at overcoming objections
- Strong communicator with a dedication to service

- Licensed real estate agent
- Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
