Please be aware that this position is solely commission-based.

Responsibilities

  • Represent high-end clients in the purchase and sale of luxury properties, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and strategic advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and local community members to expand the network and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and host property showings, open houses, and private tours to showcase luxury listings with an exceptional viewing experience
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are achieved.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and new listings to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement innovative strategies for promoting luxury properties.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales
  • Proven track record of successful high-end property transactions
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Napa Valley and surrounding area real estate market
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Licensed real estate agent in the state of California
  • Proficient in CRM software and real estate marketing tools
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation

$125,000 - $225,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
