We are on the lookout for an innovative team leader to elevate our national real estate team integration, working alongside over 400 top-tier teams.

This position presents a unique opportunity for an accomplished leader with a solid history in mortgage production and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Build and mentor a team of top-producing loan officers.

• Strategy: Develop and execute plans to scale production and dominate markets.
  
• Collaboration: Forge partnerships with high-performing real estate teams and referral sources.
  
• Personal Production: Lead by example with consistent top-tier personal performance.
  
• Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to expand the team’s footprint.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of personal production success as a Loan Officer, with consistent top-tier performance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a history of building and scaling sales teams.
• Strong vision and strategy for growing a large-scale, nationwide sales operation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Experience working with top-producing real estate teams and high-performance environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and implement effective strategies.
• A collaborative, results-driven mindset with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.

$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
