Responsibilities

  • Shadowing/Training - Engage in training, role-playing, and showcasing top industry practices alongside an experienced agent.
  • Lead Generation - Implement our PLACE lead generation systems weekly to enhance your skills in attracting potential clients. This includes making phone calls within our database of team provided leads.
  • Open Houses - Utilize your friendly demeanor and our effective support to host open houses that draw in both buyers and sellers.
  • Communication - Master and apply relationship-building techniques to transform conversations into meaningful appointments.
  • Script Training - Participate in weekly script practice sessions to develop your skills within a nurturing learning environment.
  • Teamwork - Engage in dynamic team activities that build a strong sense of unity and belonging.
  • Coaching/Training - Benefit from weekly one-on-one coaching, interactive training, and Partner Calls to share insights and learn from peers.
  • Consultation - Employ proven systems and technology to expertly guide buyers through the home-buying journey with confidence.
  • Home Selection - Identify properties that match your clients' needs and secure signed buyer agreements to help them find their ideal home.
  • Negotiation - Use established scripts and strategies to negotiate offers, achieving win-win outcomes that surpass client expectations.
  • Done For You - Rely on our support team to handle 75% of the tasks typically required of a Buyer's Agent, streamlining the transaction process.
  • Technology - Leverage our advanced PLACE Technology to enhance client support, consistently meet personal and professional goals, and deliver exceptional service.

  • High school diploma required.
  • Must hold a real estate license.

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
