Responsibilities
- Execute a lead generation lever weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Prospects for, follows-up with, presents to, and services buyers
- Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding homeownership
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search process.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about engaging with clients and skilled at building and sustaining professional connections
- Motivated to assist others while dedicated to advancing your expertise in real estate and leadership
- Collaborative team member
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Committed to continuous learning and personal development
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Open to mastering scripts and conversational techniques
- Strong time management capabilities
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Compensation
$20,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
