Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate new leads and expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our real estate services.
  • Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the Nickle Team brand and build professional connections.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid real estate license in the state of California is a plus.

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
