Responsibilities

  • As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving our success by taking on the following responsibilities:
  • Master the Art of Lead Generation: Participate in the PLACE New Agent Launch, where you'll internalize effective lead generation strategies and prospecting scripts that set you up for success. 📚
  • Convert Inbound Leads into Opportunities: Engage with inbound sales inquiries, nurturing them and turning them into valuable appointments. 📞
  • Generate Outbound Sales Opportunities: Reach out to potential clients, cultivating relationships and converting them into appointments. 💼
  • Manage Your Database: Stay organized by maintaining an up-to-date database and managing productivity reports to track your progress and success. 📊
  • Ongoing Skill Development: Commit to continuous learning by practicing scripts and enhancing your sales skills through education and training. 🎓
  • Become a Local Real Estate Expert: Develop deep knowledge of the local real estate market to offer exceptional service and guidance to clients. 🏡
  • Engage in Coaching and Training: Dedicate time to weekly 1:1 coaching sessionsteam trainings, and Partner Calls to grow your skills and knowledge. 🤝
  • Track Progress with Technology: Use the PLACE Technology platform to track your activities, clients, and progress, ensuring you're always on top of your game. 🖥️

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
