Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
  • Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Guide buyers through the home-buying process, securing signed agreements and finding suitable properties.
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards.
  • Engage in team activities as outlined by team guidelines.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Advise sellers, secure property listings, and market their homes effectively.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.

Qualifications

  • Motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
  • Skilled in building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering customized solutions
  • Experienced in prospecting and lead generation
  • Innate ability to manage objections
  • Strong communicator committed to exceptional customer service
  • Cooperative team player
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about learning and development
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Willing to master scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management capabilities

Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
