RGroup Realty is seeking a Probate Team Leader to spearhead and oversee our Probate Program, ensuring a seamless process for clients navigating probate-related real estate transactions. This role involves the development, implementation, and refinement of our probate real estate services. The successful candidate will collaborate with attorneys, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and other key stakeholders. The Probate Team Leader will play a vital role in marketing, client acquisition, education, and transaction management within the probate sector.
Responsibilities
Program Development & Management
- Lead and develop RGroup Realty’s Probate Program, refining processes to provide comprehensive real estate solutions for probate cases.
- Establish best practices for handling probate real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with Arizona probate laws and real estate regulations.
- Work with attorneys, estate planners, and fiduciaries to foster strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Oversee a database of probate leads, tracking progress, conversions, and ongoing opportunities.
Client Relations & Transaction Oversight
- Act as the primary point of contact for personal representatives, heirs, attorneys, and estate administrators, guiding them through the real estate process.
- Provide education and consultation to probate clients on selling inherited properties, understanding probate timelines, and avoiding common pitfalls.
- Oversee all probate-related listings and transactions to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
- Coordinate necessary services, including property cleanouts, estate sales, repairs, marketing, and negotiations.
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract probate-related clients, including digital advertising, direct mail, and educational content.
- Organize and host probate workshops, webinars, and seminars to educate the community and establish RGroup Realty as a probate real estate expert.
- Work closely with RGroup Realty’s marketing team to create probate-focused content, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in probate transactions.
- Provide mentorship and ongoing education on probate real estate processes, negotiation strategies, and client communication.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling probate transactions effectively.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Arizona Real Estate License required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably with probate, estate sales, or distressed property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of Arizona probate laws, estate planning, and the probate sales process.
- Experience working with attorneys, fiduciaries, and estate representatives is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-relations skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing strategies, and transaction management software.
