What You'll Do:

🔹 Property Evaluations & Inspections: Assess homes for condition, repairs, and improvement opportunities.

🔹 Handyman & Field Services (if applicable): Perform or coordinate minor repairs and renovations.

🔹 Real Estate Consulting & Sales: Advise buyers, sellers, and investors on home value, repairs, and marketability.

🔹 Investment & Homeowner Support: Help property owners decide between selling, renting, or renovating.

🔹 Marketing & Sales Growth: Work with our programs like Stay In Place, Max Factor, and TREinvestor to help clients maximize their property value.

Who We're Looking For:

✔️ Experience in handyman work, construction, remodeling, or home inspections.

✔️ Real estate license OR strong interest in getting licensed (we can help!).

✔️ Strong communication & customer service skills – ability to educate clients on property value and home improvement.

✔️ Familiarity with property inspections, repair estimates, and working with homeowners & investors.

✔️ Tech-savvy or willing to learn CRM and property management tools (Zinspector, Appfolio, Brivity, etc.).
