Responsibilities

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients through every stage of buying, selling, or leasing — keeping their goals front and center at all times.
  • Provide thoughtful market insights and pricing guidance through detailed research and local knowledge.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and host showings, open houses, and consultations with professionalism and care.
  • Prepare and present competitive offers, skillfully negotiating on behalf of clients to secure the best terms possible.
  • Guide clients through the closing process with clarity, ensuring every document and deadline is handled accurately.
  • Stay informed on evolving market trends, local regulations, and industry best practices to better serve your clients.
  • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, consistent communication, and value-driven follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to share ideas, problem-solve, and support each other in delivering outstanding results.

  • A current Oregon real estate license and the motivation to serve clients at a high level.

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
