Responsibilities

- Advocate for clients through every stage of buying, selling, or leasing — keeping their goals front and center at all times.
- Provide thoughtful market insights and pricing guidance through detailed research and local knowledge.
- Schedule, coordinate, and host showings, open houses, and consultations with professionalism and care.
- Prepare and present competitive offers, skillfully negotiating on behalf of clients to secure the best terms possible.
- Guide clients through the closing process with clarity, ensuring every document and deadline is handled accurately.
- Stay informed on evolving market trends, local regulations, and industry best practices to better serve your clients.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, consistent communication, and value-driven follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to share ideas, problem-solve, and support each other in delivering outstanding results.

- A current Oregon real estate license and the motivation to serve clients at a high level.
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
