Position Summary:

We’re looking for a full-time licensed Real Estate Agent to join our high-performance team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated closer who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be supported by expert-level training, innovative lead generation tools, and a leadership team invested in your personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads into signed buyers and sellers
  • Conduct buyer/seller consultations to determine client needs and build trust
  • Guide clients through the entire real estate process from contract to close
  • Utilize CRM to track all client communications, tasks, and timelines
  • Participate in daily team power-ups, role-play sessions, and coaching calls
  • Attend open houses, networking events, and team-hosted client appreciation events
  • Collaborate with support staff and leadership to deliver white-glove client service
  • Stay informed on market conditions, trends, and inventory to provide expert-level guidance
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with past clients and sphere of influence to generate referrals
  • Embody a mindset of growth, accountability, and leadership at all times

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Real Estate License in NY or CT
  • Proven track record in sales, real estate preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Self-starter with high levels of personal accountability
  • Willingness to follow a proven model and be coached to greatness
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and hunger for success

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of experience in residential real estate
  • Previous team-based sales experience
  • Familiarity with local markets and neighborhoods
  • Bilingual is a plus

Compensation

$125,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
