Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute a lead generation levers weekly (Sphere, Open House, Prospecting, Internet Leads, Listing Leads, and/or Team Leads)
  • Conduct two open houses weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations per team standards
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, organizational trainings, and software and database management trainings
  • Commit to weekly professional development through neurolinguistics and negotiation training programs

Qualifications

  • Industry experience preferred

Recommended Background: 

  • Ability to do highly detailed work while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience
  • 1+ years experience in an administrative role
  • Real estate license or ability to obtain a real estate license

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
