• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings and attract potential buyers or renters.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide accurate information and insights to clients.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
• Utilize marketing strategies and tools to promote listings and attract new clients, including online platforms and social media.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
• Proven track record of successful property sales
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM software and other real estate technology tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
