Job Summary

G.R.I.T Home Professionals is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to become part of our team at the Lake Havasu City office, situated at 135 Park Ave. In this position, you will flourish in a vibrant and fulfilling setting, leading clients through the exciting world of real estate. Your duties will involve helping buyers and sellers market and purchase properties at the best possible prices and terms. • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring the best possible terms for clients.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and zoning laws to provide accurate and current information to clients.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, contracts, and closing statements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
• Proven track record of successful property sales
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM software and other real estate technology tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
