Responsibilities
What We Expect From You:
- Graduate from PLACE Launch – Master the foundation that will fuel your success.
- Follow the systems – Use proven lead generation systems weekly to drive results.
- Consult with buyers & sellers – Turn prospects into clients by building strong relationships and guiding them through the buying or selling process.
- Negotiate fiercely – Deliver the best outcomes for your clients.
- Track and organize – Stay on top of your tasks and activities with PLACE Technology.
- Execute open houses – Commit to two open houses per month.
- Commit to growth – Weekly 1:1 coaching, team training, and constant learning are required.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- You’re hungry for success and driven to be the best.
- Team player – You thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Licensed real estate professional – You’ve got at least a year of experience and are ready for more. If you're not yet licensed, no worries—we can help guide you through the process to get your real estate license and set you up for success.
- Excellent communicator – You listen, solve problems, and build trust with clients.
- Organized and focused – You manage your time like a pro and stay on top of every opportunity.
- Ready to grow – You’re willing to learn scripts, dialogues, and anything else that will make you better.
Compensation:
- $50,000 to $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission-based position, so the sky's the limit if you’re willing to put in the work.
