• Complete PLACE Launch program
• Implement weekly PLACE lead generation systems
• Advise buyers, secure agreements, and find homes
• Negotiate offers for clients
• Log tasks in PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Turn leads into appointments
• Join weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
• Showcase skills in pricing, staging, and listing services

• Expert in building relationships, active listening, and finding solutions
• Experienced in prospecting and generating leads
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Holds a valid real estate license
• Eager to grow and continuously learn
• Willing to learn and adapt to new scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills

$95,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
