RGroup Realty is seeking a Real Estate Agent (Property Management Partnership Opportunity) who is driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about developing a property management portfolio. This position is ideal for agents looking to broaden their business beyond traditional sales by incorporating property management into their services. You will collaborate closely with property owners, utilizing RGroup Property Management’s backend support to concentrate on portfolio growth and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Portfolio Building:

  • Partner with property owners, investors, and landlords to manage and expand their real estate portfolios.
  • Identify potential properties for management and secure new management agreements.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, delivering excellent service and strategic advice on property investment and management.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, maintaining strong communication and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide guidance to clients on maximizing property value, rental income, and tenant retention strategies.
  • Assist property owners in pricing rental units, marketing vacancies, and tenant screening based on partnership agreements.

Collaboration with RGroup Property Management:

  • Leverage RGroup Property Management’s comprehensive support services, including documentation, maintenance calls, and accounting, to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the RGroup team on property performance, repairs, and tenant issues while ensuring clear communication with property owners.
  • Rely on RGroup Property Management to handle day-to-day operations, allowing you to focus on portfolio growth and client acquisition.

Market Research and Property Evaluation:

  • Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with insights into rental trends, property values, and potential investment opportunities.
  • Help clients evaluate the profitability of properties by assessing repair costs, market demand, and projected rental income.
  • Provide regular updates to property owners regarding market changes, investment opportunities, and rental adjustments.

Marketing and Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract property management clients.
  • Utilize your real estate knowledge to assist clients seeking both investment properties and property management services.
  • Promote RGroup Realty and Property Management through networking, social media, and participation in local real estate events.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management (preferred but not required).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships and expanding a property management portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the RGroup Property Management team.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets, rental trends, and property values.
  • Familiarity with property management software and real estate CRMs (preferred but not required).

Additional Requirements:

  • Interest in growing both your real estate sales business and property management portfolio.
  • Willingness to attend client meetings, property showings, and industry events.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants.

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
