RGroup Realty, a leader in Real Estate and Property Management, is on the hunt for a seasoned and results-oriented Director of Sales to spearhead and manage our real estate division's sales operations. Situated in the greater Tucson area and ready for expansion both nationally and internationally, RGroup Realty seeks a strategic visionary who excels in high-performance settings. Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase real estate transactions.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering motivation and accountability.

Team Management and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team, ensuring a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents, providing them with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear goals and providing feedback to improve team effectiveness.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing and teamwork to enhance the overall sales performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and property owners to increase satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value real estate deals, ensuring positive outcomes for clients and RGroup Realty.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions and expert advice.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to deal closure.

Revenue Generation and Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding services to existing ones.
  • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and areas for expansion in collaboration with the President of RGroup Realty.
  • Work with marketing and business development teams to create campaigns that generate leads and promote RGroup’s services.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates on revenue, profitability, and sales forecasts.

Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Coordination:

  • Collaborate with property management and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Work with finance to forecast sales revenue, manage budgets, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within real estate or property management industries.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, property management services, and industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a successful track record of developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales management tools, and data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, real estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings, property tours, and sales presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Compensation

$85,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
