In this position, you will assist our agents by handling administrative duties, coordinating property listings, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and team members. Your strong organizational abilities and proactive mindset will be crucial in providing exceptional service. • Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Preview homes and build a knowledge base of the local inventory
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

***A real estate license is required to sell homes but not required to apply. This is a commission only, full time job***

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
