Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program, applicable to both seasoned and new agents
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers and sellers, securing signed buyer and listing agreements
- Negotiate deals on behalf of clients
- Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses each week or until consistently achieving 2-5 home sales per month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in daily script practice as per team standards
- Participate in team activities according to team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Driven sales professional with a competitive edge
- Skilled in building strong relationships with clients and agents
- Attentive listener adept at identifying client needs and providing solutions
- Proficient in prospecting, lead generation, hosting open houses, and negotiating
- Capable of effectively handling objections
- Exceptional communication skills and dedication to clients and team
- Collaborative team member
- Licensed real estate agent
- Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
- Highly organized
- Open to learning and practicing scripts and dialogues
- Superior time management skills
Compensation
$45,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
