• Develop and manage systems for transaction coordination, communication, data management, and marketing.
• Collaborate with PLACE Finance to oversee financial systems, including accounts, budgeting, and financial statements.
• Manage contracts from listing to closing.
• Maintain an operations manual detailing all systems and standards.
• Hire, train, and mentor the operations team.
• Execute talent and Power of Moments initiatives.
• Participate in talent acquisition consulting and implement attraction strategies.
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and partner calls.
• Master PLACE Technology.
