The primary goal of the Productivity Coach is to uplift the team by recruiting top-tier talent, boosting daily productivity, delivering essential training, and ultimately increasing the Market Center's profitability.

Attract New Sales Talent to the Team

Coach and train sales professionals both new and seasoned

Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, partner call and leadership training

Commit to being in the office at a min of 2 days per week

Become an expert on KW technology

Continue to grow as a real estate professional and keeping up with market trends

Maintain existing campaigns as well as create new ones

Oversee negotiation of all contracts for agents in your coaching program

3 Years plus sales and or industry related experience

$65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
