Responsibilities

As an agent on The Ricci Team powered by PLACE, you’ll step into a system designed to streamline your workflow, maximize your time, and help you build a business with leverage—not burnout.

You’ll spend more time doing what you do best: helping clients, closing deals, and growing your business.

  • Qualify leads and set appointments
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations with confidence and clarity
  • Use proven scripts and systems that convert
  • Stay focused on dollar-producing activities—while our operations team handles the rest
  • Manage and nurture your database using the Brivity CRM—a robust system that automates follow-ups, sends branded market updates, tracks communication, and keeps your pipeline healthy and organized
  • Utilize our tech-driven software featuring robust AI-backed tools
  • Lean into regular coaching, team huddles, and accountability to sharpen your skills
  • Deliver consistent, white-glove service to every client you work with
  • Contribute to a team culture that celebrates wins, encourages growth, and gives back

Qualifications

  • Licensed real estate agent (NY and/or CT)
  • Comfortable with buyers and sellers and eager to build a balanced business
  • Hungry to grow, open to feedback, and ready to be held accountable to your goals
  • Tired of “figuring it out alone” and ready to join a team that provides true support
  • Willing to plug into a proven model, use scripts, and show up as a team player
  • Familiar with your market and motivated to expand your local presence

Compensation

$125,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
