Responsibilities

What You’re Great At:
People are your thing! You’re the person who makes others feel at ease, even at the DMV. An intrinsic sales pro with a winning streak and a knack for listening, you’ve got the communication chops to make clients feel heard and secure. Solving problems? That’s your forte. You’re a natural people person who knows how to create connections and isn’t afraid to turn on the charm to help others achieve their dreams of homeownership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Get into lead generation through fun, friendly activities (networking, open houses, and making connections wherever you go) to keep the pipeline flowing.
  • Host lively open houses where potential buyers can imagine themselves in the space and feel comfortable asking you anything.
  • Convert leads into appointments by building relationships and following up (because consistency is key and, hey, people need gentle reminders).
  • Join team script practice sessions to keep your conversations both professional and, yes, even a little entertaining.
  • Consult with buyers and sellers, bringing them guidance with a smile and confidence they can count on.
  • Negotiate offers like a pro with PLACE’s negotiation training that has you ready to advocate fiercely and fairly for your clients.
  • Commit to weekly training and coaching sessions (including neurolinguistics and negotiation training), so your skills stay as sharp as your wit.

Qualifications

Who You Are:
Let’s face it, you’re competitive. When it comes to a game of Uno, you’re not here to follow some “official rules”—if you want to stack a Draw 2 on top of another Draw 2, that’s how the game is played! You’re driven, you have an eye for winning, and you’re here to make the rules work in your favor. Honesty and integrity keep you grounded, but you’ve got that extra spark, always looking for the edge that will take you (and your clients) to the next level.

  • Self-driven with a personality that brightens any room
  • Strong communicator who listens and engages with ease
  • Naturally motivated and growth-oriented (aka, “forever learning” is your motto)
  • Organized, punctual, and adept at time management (without sacrificing personality)
  • Ready to practice scripts and dialogues with a team that values both skill and humor
  • Prior experience in real estate or sales a plus but not required

Recommended Background:

  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering excellent client experiences
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing or admin role
  • Real estate license or a serious commitment to getting one

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
