• Price, stage, and market homes to attract potential buyers swiftly.

• Present optimal asking prices and key selling points to sellers, ensuring clarity and confidence.

• Collaborate closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts through to closing.

• Maintain regular client communication, providing valuable feedback and enhancing customer service ratings.

• Coordinate with inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings seamlessly.

• Efficient task completion and organization skills.

• Proficiency in real estate CRM systems for secure and orderly client data management.

• Minimum one year of real estate work experience.

• Team player mindset, valuing collective success above all.

• Current real estate license.

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
