Responsibilities

  • Lead, Coach & Mentor: Attract, train, and develop high-performing real estate agents.
  • Drive Sales Success: Set and exceed ambitious team goals while creating a culture of accountability.
  • Implement Proven Systems: Leverage technology and processes to maximize productivity and results.
  • Dominate Lead Conversion: Master online lead generation and prospecting strategies.
  • Negotiate & Close Deals: Guide buyers and sellers through transactions with confidence.
  • Oversee Negotiations: Manage and support contract negotiations for all agent transactions, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients and the team.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead in mortgage financing, market trends, and local real estate dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Natural Leadership: A proven track record of coaching and developing agents.
  • Sales & Real Estate Experience: 5+ years in sales, real estate, or team management.
  • Winning Mindset: Competitive, goal-oriented, and passionate about success.
  • Strong Communicator: Confident, clear, and engaging in all interactions.
  • Problem-Solver: Resourceful, strategic, and driven to find solutions.
  • Time Management Pro: Organized, efficient, and productive.
  • Real Estate Licensed in North & South Carolina

Compensation

$100,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
