Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’re the orchestrator of smooth and memorable home showings, creating a welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door. You’ll be the one turning houses into homes, helping buyers picture themselves there, all while keeping the logistics running like clockwork. Think of it as being a tour guide for dream homes—one who’s always two steps ahead, making sure every detail is just right.
- Prepare properties for showings to ensure every home is presented in its best light, creating an inviting experience for clients.
- Organize and schedule showings with punctuality and efficiency, managing client expectations and ensuring timely appointments.
- Communicate effectively with clients by answering questions, providing property details, and making sure they feel comfortable.
- Collaborate with agents to ensure client needs are met, providing feedback and keeping the team informed of any questions or concerns raised during showings.
- Use CRM tools like Brivity to track showings and document client feedback, making follow-up efficient and organized.
- Stay knowledgeable about properties on the market, including details that will be important to clients, such as neighborhood features, school zones, and proximity to amenities.

Clients and agents alike appreciate your thoughtful, friendly nature, knowing that when you’re involved, everything will go off without a hitch. If there’s a process or a plan, you’ve already mastered it (and maybe made it even better).
- Strong communicator with a professional, approachable demeanor
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Service-oriented and committed to helping clients and team members succeed
- Comfortable with technology and capable of learning CRM tools
- Current real estate license required
Preferred Background:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Background in administrative or organizational tasks is a plus
- Real estate experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
