This is a Full-Time Real Estate Position
Kickstart your real estate career and transform your business from average to exceptional, achieving everything you envisioned when you obtained your real estate license. We will guide you on how to host impactful open houses, prospect for leads, and build trust within your network, all while training you in the showing agent role. Prepare for a dedicated schedule that equips you with everything needed to excel in real estate. This is NOT a part-time, door-opener position.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$65,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
