Generate new leads and build a strong client base through various channels such as networking, prospecting, and referrals.

Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.

Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics to facilitate successful transactions.

Prepare and present compelling offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements to clients.

Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Stay updated on local real estate market trends, industry regulations, and best practices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and relevant documentation.

Valid Georgia Real Estate License.

Execute a lead generation lever weekly

Conduct two open houses monthly

Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments

Participate in weekly script practice per team standards

Participate in team activities per team standards

Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call

Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home

Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes

Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Skills You Have:

Team player

Licensed real estate professional

2+ years of real estate sales experience or 12 sales in the previous 12 months

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Coachable

Learning based, growth-minded
