Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and build a strong client base through various channels such as networking, prospecting, and referrals.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics to facilitate successful transactions.
- Prepare and present compelling offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements to clients.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and relevant documentation.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Valid Georgia Real Estate License.
- Proven track record of success as a real estate agent, with a focus on business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM systems, online marketing platforms, and other relevant tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Compensation
$100,000 - $600,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
