Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Prospect for potential landlords and leverage listings for lead generation.
- Advise landlords, secure rental listings, run comparable data and effectively market their properties.
- Keep tasks and activities current using PLACE Technology.
- Manage incoming rental requests, showings and convert tenant leads to clients.
- Preview listings weekly to keep up to date on the market and know your target farm.
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.

Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience

Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
