Responsibilities
- Prospect for potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and property tours for clients.
- Prepare and present purchase offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the closing process.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals involved in the real estate transaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers or renters.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining client databases, and keeping accurate records.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License: A valid real estate license is a fundamental requirement to practice as a real estate agent. Licensing requirements vary by state, but typically involve completing a certain number of pre-licensing courses, passing a state exam, and fulfilling ongoing continuing education requirements. (Alexis will help guide you on this, if you are not currently licensed, thats ok, we will help you)
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for real estate agents to build rapport with clients, negotiate deals, and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and other professionals are also important.
- Sales and Marketing Skills: Real estate agents need strong sales and marketing skills to attract clients, promote listings, and close deals. This includes the ability to develop marketing strategies, create compelling property listings, conduct effective property showings, and convert leads into clients.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities: Real estate transactions can be complex, and agents must be able to navigate challenges and make informed decisions to resolve issues that may arise during the buying or selling process.
- Technology Proficiency: Real estate agents should be comfortable using technology and real estate software tools for tasks such as managing listings, communicating with clients, conducting market research, and completing paperwork efficiently.
- Ethical Conduct and Professionalism: Integrity, honesty, and professionalism are critical for real estate agents to build trust with clients and maintain a positive reputation in the industry. Adhering to ethical standards and following best practices in all aspects of the job is essential.

Compensation
$100,000 - $300,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
