Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Show homes to prospective buyers, offering insight and guidance during tours that reflect their preferences and priorities.
  • Collect and communicate feedback from showings to help refine and focus the home search.
  • Assist with writing and presenting offers, supporting both the lead agent and client during key decision points.
  • Handle onsite listing duties and other property-related tasks as needed to keep deals moving.
  • Use our Brivity CRM to manage your daily tasks, appointments, and client updates.
  • Generate new opportunities by devoting at least 10 hours weekly to prospecting and follow-up.
  • Practice regularly to stay sharp — participating in team training sessions, roleplays, and meetings.
  • Commit to growth by engaging in weekly coaching and development programs through PLACE and our in-house mentorship.

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
