Responsibilities
- Your Role:
- Collaborate with a top-producing real estate professional to help clients achieve their dream of homeownership.
- Provide detailed, written feedback to refine and confirm clients' search criteria.
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
- Conduct home showings for buyers.
- Assist with onsite sales-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain and organize tasks and records using the Brivity database.
- Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation.
- Participate in weekly script practice, adhering to team standards.
- Engage in team activities as outlined by team expectations.
- Commit to ongoing professional development through weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE Training, Brivity Training, and PLACE Partner Calls.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active real estate license.
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
