Responsibilities

  • Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
  • Conduct open houses and accompany clients on property tours.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about properties to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate with the lead agent to schedule showings and manage client appointments.
  • Ensure all properties are in excellent condition for showings, including staging and cleanliness.
  • Gather client feedback and report to the lead agent to refine property searches.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend showings.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate software and mobile applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
