Responsibilities
- Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
- Conduct open houses and accompany clients on property tours.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about properties to clients.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule showings and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it effectively to the lead agent.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and developments.
Qualifications
- Valid California Real Estate License: Must possess an active real estate license in the state of California.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Service Oriented: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and other technology tools.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work closely with the Nickle Team to achieve common goals.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Long Beach area and surrounding neighborhoods is preferred.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Compensation
$50,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
