As a Showing/Listing Partner, you'll join a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence in real estate. You'll forge meaningful relationships with clients, assisting them in finding their dream homes and building lasting connections.

Working closely with the Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to our team's overall success.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Partner with our sales agents to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Earnings are an estimate and based on COMMISSION ONLY

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
