Responsibilities
- Successfully finish the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Work alongside sales agents to help clients discover their ideal homes
- Provide detailed written feedback to assist clients in narrowing down their preferences
- Prepare and negotiate offers for sales agents and clients
- Allocate a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions following team protocols
- Engage in team events and activities as per team standards
- Attend weekly individual coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Log tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about engaging with people and excel at building and sustaining professional relationships
- Upbeat and cheerful demeanor
- Comfortable with extensive driving
- Skilled at understanding clients' preferences and matching them with suitable properties
- Committed to continuous learning
- Driven and demonstrated track record of success
- High school diploma
- Possession of a real estate license
Compensation
$40,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
