Responsibilities
- Continuously expand your market knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
- Utilize PLACE lead generation models and systems effectively.
- Guide buyers through the home-buying process, secure signed agreements, and assist them in finding the right property.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology and CRM tools.
- Host two open houses per week.
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Engage in daily script practice and role-playing to enhance communication and conversion skills.
- Participate in team lead generation activities in line with team standards.
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services.
- Prepare and negotiate offers.

- Real estate license required

Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
