In this key role, you will guide clients in finding their ideal homes, offering exceptional customer service and expert guidance throughout the home-buying process.

• Complete training & commit to on-going education of the real estate industry
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in CRM

$160,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
