• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success.
• Collaborate with sales agents to guide clients in finding their perfect homes.
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their choices.
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours each week to lead generation efforts.
• Join weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines.
• Participate in team events and activities as outlined by team standards.
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.

$40,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly
